Mega Church

Details

The biggest church to be built in Norfolk for over 110 years opened its doors and welcomed in 5,000 guests over the first weekend it opened. The hub will offer a social supermarket, a 1,250 seat auditorium, a cafe with indoor soft play facilities, sensory room and much more. The Social Supermarket, which opened in 2022, has given more than 30,000 bags of shopping to families and individuals from the community. The new hub also features Soul Nursery, which opened at the start of this year. It provides 110 places for children and is already almost fully subscribed.

Brief

Soul Church had a number of different washroom areas, including varying needs across the project such as adult cubicles and child cubicles. There were lots of areas so had to work out the site logistics to ensure a smooth install. We were working towards a budget therefore having everything well planned was of high importance.

Solution

Cube worked alongside the client, architect and contractor to come up with a design suitable for the project. Our Base range was the perfect fit for this because it met budget whilst maintaining great aesthetics.

Our systems were bespoke enough to be able to perfectly fit areas with nonstandard surroundings, such as under the auditorium areas as the ceilings were partly sloped in these areas

Cube installed our Hive® Pre-School at Soul Church as its is a vibrant and practical nursery toilet cubicle range featuring low level panels for adult supervision whilst maintaining privacy for the young users.
