Quadram Institute

Details

The Quadram Institute – a £64 million building in the heart of the Norwich Research Park is now complete, the new centre is positioned as a world leader in health and research and is focused on developing solutions to worldwide challenges faced with food related diseases and human health.

As specialising in large, new build projects, Cube Install were appointed as subcontractor for the design, supply and installation of the WC cubicle package which included the fitout of the medical zones with clinical IPS units. The stunning colourways selected by the architect were incorporated into our products creating a modernistic washroom style to meet their vision.

Brief

At Cube we understand how installation time is of key significance in washroom areas where multiple trades have to be coordinated and to cut down our onsite installation time, the mirror units, vanity units and medical ducts  were pre – assembled offsite.

It was an inspiring project, creating research and development from design to installation as we adapted and created washroom features to suit the design specification.

Solution

Cubicles: Duke SGL, full height, flush fronted wc and shower cubicles

Duct Panelling: SGL  washroom duct panelling and medical IPS units

Vanity Units: Solid surface vanity tops with integral basins and laminate under panels.

Other Laminate Products: Bespoke washroom mirror units complete with behind mirror dispensers.
